Situated on Parkland's largest lake, Mira Lago is an extraordinary community of water-wrapped peninsulas where almost every home has a panoramic lake view. Witkin Hults + Partners designed exterior elements to complement the planned 24,000 sq.ft., resort-style clubhouse, as well as a community pool with built-in loungers, a separate kid's splash park, tot lot and athletic courts. The entry feature includes an extensive terraced fountain and stately palms.

Modera Douglas Station, Miami, Florida

 
This project is an apartment building located within the center of a hustling commercial region of Miami. WH+P aided with the design of the streetscape and the amenities including a minimalist resort style upper level pool with custom wood cabanas. Soothing amenities such as a vertical water wall provide residents with an escape from the outside world. Sculptural trelliswork in the courtyards with chic lounge chairs on cushioned synthetic lawn create an extraordinary comforting experience.

Playa Largo, Key Largo, Florida
Known as the "Pearl of the Florida Keys", this project is the largest newly constructed resort in the Keys. As guests drive up to the lobby located on the second floor, they are greeted by a majestic view of the Gulf and a peek of the curved, beach-entry pool awaiting them. The locations of the site amenities were carefully selected to respect the existing hammock and other vegetation.

One Daytona Autograph Hotel, Daytona Beach, Florida
This energetic and vibrant mixed-use entertainment area is located directly across from the all-new Daytona International Speedway. One Daytona is Daytona Beach's epicenter for premier retail, dining, and entertainment. Witkin Hults + Partners collaborated to design the exterior areas of the prominent Autograph Hotel and Fairfield Inn along with the mid-rise apartments, Vantage and Rise Collection at Icon One.
