Federal Highway Administration Announces Grants to Promote Innovation and Improve Safety on Bridges and Highways by Staff
The U.S. Department of Transportation's Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has unveiled an investment of $8.8 million in grants for a collection of 10 projects across eight states and the District of Columbia. The aim is to bolster the implementation of tools and technologies that can augment safety in work zones and bridges. The grants are made possible through FHWA's Accelerated Innovation Deployment (AID) Demonstration program.
