Kevin's innovation and excellence in design span the public, private and academic sectors. He is a leader and advocate of green infrastructure and communicates innovative concepts concisely and effectively. His body of work demonstrates that landscape architects belong at the forefront of water management planning and design. His early projects in Portland, Oregon, some nearly 15 years ago, are standing the test of time. Images of his work illustrate presentations and articles on urban green infrastructure. His San Mateo County Sustainable Green Streets and Parking Lots Design Guidebook (2009) is a comprehensive green infrastructure document that has made people see their streets differently.
