Connecticut Practitioners Pursue Parity Connecticut legislation addressing parity with architects and engineers and continuing education easily passed Senate and House committees, only to die unheard. Connecticut practitioner Vince McDermott, currently President of the Council for Landscape Architectural Registration Boards, expects licensees to pursue "a raised committee bill" next session. CLARB Prez Vince McDermott praised parity action in Connecticut.
