Annual Event Raises $100K for Student Scholarships by Aaron Schmok, LASN
The California Landscape Architectural Student Scholarship Fund (CLASS Fund) hosted its annual golf tournament on Monday, July 14, at the Aliso Viejo Country Club, drawing a full field of 144 golfers and more than 150 total participants including sponsors and supporters. The event, which featured a lively raffle and live auction, raised approximately $100,000 for student scholarships. With this year's success, the CLASS Fund's endowment now stands at $1,948,008.35-just shy of its $2 million goal at the time of publishing.
