Known as the Coronavirus Small Business Emergency Loan Guide, it contains the steps small businesses need to take to access these much-needed funds. The guide also includes important information including key dates as the government moves toward implementation.

Small businesses and sole proprietorships can already apply for loans and starting April 10, independent contractors and self-employed individuals can as well, but the Treasury Department cautions that there is a funding cap, so apply as soon as possible.
