Home Builders and Remodelers are Cautiously Optimistic
by Rebecca Radtke, LASN

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) released their quarterly survey on current market conditions and remodeling indicators. Called the NAHB/Westlake Royal Remodeling Market Index (RMI), the third quarter saw a reading of 60 - up one from the previous quarter as a positive mark - but is still lower than it had been between 2021 and 2024.
