The Commercial/Retail Issue of Landscape Architect & Specifier News saw many firms submit their projects for feature consideration. This project was not chosen for a Feature in the issue, but we at LandscapeArchitect.com thought the project deserved to be showcased online . . .

 

The Thousand Oaks CA PET FOOD EXPRESS building sits in the Conejo Oaks Shopping Center, which was originally developed by Donald Bren Co. as part of a residential subdivision and is now owned by the John McDonough Company of Los Angeles, CA. The building site was previously a drive-thru Taco Bell and its former drive-thru is now being used for a dog run. The Landscape Project was completed and Approved by the City of Thousand Oaks, CA in September of 2016.
