The members and associates of the Ohio Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects believe in leading the design and stewardship of land and communities.
Landscape architects lead the stewardship, planning and design of our built and natural environments. The Society's mission is to advance landscape architecture through advocacy, communication, education and fellowship.

The 2018 OCASLA Annual Meeting and Expo was held on April 20th at COSI in Downtown Columbus, Ohio. There were a total of 190 attendees and 26 vendors. The Ohio Chapter hosted 4 incredible speakers, Gina Ford of Agency, Kristi Cheramie of the Knowlton School at The Ohio State University, Thea Walsh of MORPC, and Kona Gray of EDSA.

The 2018 OCASLA Fall Educational and Awards Gala took place on October 5th in Cleveland, Ohio. The day began with 3 educational tours of the East Bank Flats, the Towpath Mounds, and Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio. The day ended with the Awards Gala, this year the Ohio Chapter had 28 professional submissions and awarded 8 projects.
