The American Concrete Institute announced that their Concrete Convention is still scheduled to occur as planned October 24-29 in Raleigh, North Carolina. It is being billed as "the world's gathering place for advancing concrete materials, design, construction, and repair, bringing together the world's most well-known leaders with professionals looking to learn."

 
At this time, ACI will be proceeding with all committee meetings, sessions, and special events including the Student Networking Reception from 8 to 9:30 pm on the 24th.

The association is also investigating how to expand the convention virtually in addition to the face-to-face activities, but specific details are unavailable at this time. ACI continues to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will respond as needed as more information becomes available.

The Raleigh Marriott City Center Hotel and Sheraton Raleigh Hotel are the official hotels for the ACI Convention. All convention events will take place at the Raleigh Convention Center, the Raleigh Marriot City Center Hotel and the Sheraton Raleigh Hotel. The cutoff date for hotel reservations is Wednesday, September 30.
