2021 Hardscape Events

Virtual and In-Person

2021 IBS Update
The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) has announced that their International Builders' Show (IBS), which together with the National Kitchen & Bath Association's (NKBA) Kitchen & Bath Industry Show (KBIS) would make the 8th annual Design & Construction Week (DCW), will now be a virtual event. The association states registration is free for all NAHB and NKBA members and includes access to exhibitors and programming, latest product launches, housing and design innovations, and online education courses. The virtual DCW will be held on the same dates as the originally scheduled show, February 9-11.

First Ever Virtual HNA
The Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (IMPI) has developed a 10-hour virtual education event due to the cancellation of this year's Hardscape North America (HNA) expo. With 42 interactive sessions focused on Business, Installation, and Marketing & Sales learning tracks, participants can earn up to 30 continuing education credit hours towards their ICPI Concrete Paver Installation Certification. The online event will be held on January 26-27, available through a mobile or desktop event app that allows participants to schedule sessions, set reminders, network with peers, and connect with sponsors. Registration includes access to all sessions across each track for both days.

World of Concrete Postponed
World of Concrete, the international event for concrete and masonry professionals, has postponed their in-person event from January to June 8-10, with educational offerings June 7-10. The event will still take place at the Las Vegas Convention Center and include original equipment manufacturers from around the world and exclusive U.S. distributors of equipment, tools, products, and services. New to the 2021 show will be the Cement Production Pavilion, featuring leaders of the equipment and support services used in cement processing, and the International Cement Seminar.
