The South Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects will be holding a regional conference for the southeastern chapters of the ASLA, which include South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Florida and Mississippi. The event will take place June 2-4 at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Greenville, S.C.

The conference will feature a vendor expo as well as field sessions that explore the landscapes of the city of Greenville. Attendees can engage in a Pop-Up Design Competition to win prizes. Students and emerging professionals will be giving poster session presentations on a variety of topics.

Keynote speakers will include Jose Alminana, FASLA, Mikyoung Kim, FASLA, Diane Jones Allen, ASLA and Shawn Kelly, current ASLA president. Continuing education credits will be available for participation at this year's conference.

Conference registration costs $450 for ASLA members and $550 for nonmembers. Student registration costs $140 for students ASLA members and $160 for student nonmembers.
