Bill Rose is the founder and creative force behind Fountains Unique, llc., a specialty fountain accessory company located in Laguna Hills, California. Fountains Unique specializes in the design & fabrication of high quality spouts, scuppers, bowls & other fountain accoutrements not found anywhere else, as well as custom carved stone fountains.

In addition, Bill holds two patents pending for innovative concepts designed to facilitate the installation of fountain accessories.
