AASHTO Approves the Bill by
On August 10, the United States Senate passed the $1 trillion infrastructure bill, and it is believed that the President will sign it soon. Congress and the White House have been working towards a new infrastructure bill for months and have finally put together a bipartisan legislation. This bill is said to contain $110 billion for roads, bridges, and similar projects, $66 billion for passenger and freight rail, $65 billion for broadband, $55 billion for water systems, and $39 billion for public transit.
