Excalibur manufactures Sch 40 and Sch 80 PVC CPVC Poly and Polypropylene nipples from 1/8 to 6 in diameter from our own extruded stock. Nipples can be ordered in various lengths in TBE TOE Plain End or Victaulic. We maintain a large inventory at all times and most orders are shipped the same day. Our Irrigation Line includes Wye and Tee Strainers with either nylon or stainless steel screens cut-off nipples IPS Irrigation hose control tubing and flexible PVC nipples. We also offer regular extra flex rubber flexible nipples and Spring-Back Risers. All products are 100 manufactured in the U.S.A.

Alertline??? - color specific PVC pipe for reclaimed water management and identifying non-potable water. Eliminates the problem of dangerous cross connections.
Spring Back Risers?? spring back to original position after impact. Spring Back Risers are great for various landscaping applications and can be made in any length, with any combinations of fittings.
Flexible Rubber Nipples are made of the finest synthetic rubber and are banded with stainless steel. They are impervious to acidic and alkaline soils and particularly useful under large turf irrigation equipment or cold weather applications.
In addition to offering several sizes of coiled IPS and irrigation hose, cut lengths of IPS hose are now available. IPS flex hose can be used with standard schedule 40 fittings as a low cost method.
