STAR CITY, W. Va. - The West Virginia Board of Landscape Architects (WVBLA) is currently preparing for a Sunset Review in 2004. "We are looking at implementing continuing education and possibly upgrading our law from a Title to a Practice Act," said WVBLA Chairman David Kaiser. "But nothing is definite at this point." WVBLA is looking at what other states have done and studying CLARB's model law. "We're talking to other design boards in the state to see what they have gone through in their Sunset Reviews," adds Kaiser. "We're just doing a lot of research right now."
