Rick Bartel, owner of Autumn Mist Aquatics operating out of East Ridge, Tennessee for more than twenty years, is one of the few remaining Certified Master Water Feature Design and Installation Contractors in the country. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the National Association of Pond Professionals and co-authored the current NAPP National Certification Test during his six year tenure as the Chairman for the Continuing Education Program. Rick?EUR??,,????'???s work has been seen numerous times on nationally publicized programs such as HGTV?EUR??,,????'???s Extreme Landscapes and the Do-It-Yourself Networks Waterscapes Workshop. He has written more than 80 nationally published articles on water feature construction and is most well known for his innovative R.I.S.E. Method of natural rock and boulder placement techniques that have netted and industry setting record of more than 300 local, regional and national awards and recognitions for some of the worlds most natural water features and has amazingly more than eight million gallons of actively operating features throughout the world. Rick is currently the primary instructor for the Savio Water Feature Institute which offers a series of advanced level water feature seminars around the globe. He is also the administrator for the Savio Certified Contractor Program which is one of the most effective contractor networks in existence in the industry today.
