Win a $1,000 Scholarship!

The Backflow Prevention Manufacturer's Association (BPMA) in conjunction with the American Backflow Prevention Association (ABPA) begins accepting submissions on October 1st for their 2004-2005 Harrington-Arthur Scholarship essay competition to advance the education of students in the area of backflow prevention and cross-connection control.

The competition is open to all students age 14 to 19 in the U.S. and Canada. The BPMA/ABPA will manage and judge the contest, which will remain open from October 1, 2004 through January 31, 2005.
