Wausau, Wisconsin"?uMore than six decades after Ed Creske founded Wausau Tile in 1953 in a two-car garage, this leading manufacturer of concrete, terrazzo and metal architectural products says it's rebranding itself to better serve architects, landscape architects and building professionals. "Wausau Tile' will no longer be the "market-facing brand name," making way for its two new architectural products brands, Tectura Designs tecturadesigns.com and Wausau Made wausaumade.com.

The "Tectura Designs' brand offers site furnishings, concrete pavers, custom precast concrete, custom precast terrazzo and terrazzo tile. The Damon Farber Collaboration Series by Tectura Designs are site furnishings, including architectural tables, planters, benches, bollards, bike racks and waste containers. The site furnishings are concrete, wood and metal. The design team developed a palette of interchangeable colors, finishes and textures. The modular designs offer scalability and design flexibility.

"Wausau Made' encompasses economical concrete, metal and plastic site furnishings: benches, chairs, tables, bollards, planters, waste and recycling containers. These new products will continue to be made by American craftspersons at the 480,000-square-foot facility near Wausau, Wisconsin, in the central part of the "Badger' state.
