John Bolanos, vice president of Univar?EUR??,,????'???s Professional Products and Services (PP&S) business unit, said the name change and the split off from the parent company, Royal Vopak, allows Univar to focus on its core competency ?EUR??,,????'??? distribution. "We will be able to concentrate more emphatically on our core activity," said Bolanos. "We will be in a better position to respond in a focused manner to the key issues affecting our industry and our customers." Bolanos went on to stress that the split will have no effect on the company?EUR??,,????'???s day-to-day operations. The current management team and organizational structure will remain intact.
