Back To Natives (BTN) is dedicated to the restoration and conservation of Orange County and California wildlands, through education and restoration programs featuring native plants as a centralizing theme. BTN promotes native plants, as well as habitat restoration and preservation by providing service learning and volunteer based habitat restoration programs.

Back to Natives invites volunteers to assist restoring habitat for animals in the San Mateo Wilderness in Orange County's Cleveland National Forest. Volunteers will enjoy a beautiful three-mile hike, while learning about the local plants and removing invasive non-native thistle.

Available dates are:

Sunday, March 3rd, 8 am – 1 pm
Sunday, March 10th, 8 am – 1 pm
