Vitricon Acquires Playground Environments International Hauppauge, NY Steven and Arthur Noskin, owner of Vitricon Inc., a leader of poured in place safety surfacing products, announced the acquisition of the assets of Playground Environments Inc. Under the new name of Playground Environments International Inc. (PEI), the Noskins' will continue to produce playground equipment utilized throughout New York City and the northeast. "The uniqueness of this company is unequalled," said Steve Noskin, president of Playground Environments. "We will bring these special attributes nationwide so many communities can benefit from our custom designed playgrounds." Playground Environments International is headquartered in Hauppauge, New York with manufacturing facilities in Speonk. A new production plant will be opened in Salt Lake City, Utah.
