Visit Hess America's Real-World Lighting Exhibit


The new exhibit demonstrates pole and wall mounted luminaries, wall washers, illuminating bollards as well as tree grates and surrounds, barrier bollards, benches and bicycle racks in an authentic demonstration of how the products function in various real-world settings.

HessAmerica recently unveiled a state-of-the-art lighting exhibit at its U.S. headquarters in Gaffney, S.C. The exhibit is set on a quarter of an acre and has an observation deck that stands 30 feet off of the ground. It features lighting technologies from LED to more conventional technologies like MH and Halogen that are set up in a life-size environment that simulates re.

The idea for the display has long been a vision of George Hess, owner/founder of Hess Form + Licht. In Germany, the company has always had a ?EUR??,,????'??pole garden,?EUR??,,????'?? and Hess felt that conceptually it is beneficial for architects and lighting designers to view things in an exhibit at eye level.
