Patrick Blanc is at it again. The French botanist, known for his vertical gardens worldwide, plans on his tallest venture ever"?u545 feet of vegetation flowing from planters between floors of the One Central Park building in Sydney, now under construction.

The radical element of the building, however, isn't the green walls, but architect Jean Nouvel's cantilevered penthouse extension that juts out from the building proper.
