Waverly Landscape Associates, Inc. is a market leader in metro Boston. Based in Belmont, Waverly also operates locations in Billerica, Foxboro, Dorchester, and Lunenburg, Mass. Waverly has a work force of over 200 employees, with a fleet of 95 vehicles and over 450 pieces of equipment and machinery.

ValleyCrest was founded in 1949 by the Sperber family, who still manages the company. Since 2001, ValleyCrest has operated a landscape construction and maintenance division in Boston. That facility and the new acquisition makes ValleyCrest the largest landscape company in the Northeast.
