ValleyCrest Acquires Phil Graham Landscape Architecture Firm

ValleyCrest Companies, a leading national full-service landscape company (landscape architecture, landscape development/maintenance and supplier of trees), announced Dec. 8, 2006 the acquisition of Phil Graham & Co., a landscape architecture, planning and urban design firm based in St. Petersburg, Fla. and established in 1967. The firm has completed more than 3,000 design projects, from urban design, parks and recreation facilities, single and multi-family residential sites, to corporate/commercial sites, education and healthcare campuses and transportation corridors. The acquisition continues ValleyCrest?EUR??,,????'???s initiative to increase its presence in the landscape architecture design-build field. Phil Graham & Co., henceforth known as Phil Graham Studio, joins the ValleyCrest Design Group, the landscape architecture division. Phil Graham will continue to run the studio as its managing principal.

Graham is an ASLA Fellow, a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners and is LEED AP certified by the U.S. Green Building Council. He has made a significant impact on the St. Petersburg, Tampa and Sarasota markets for 35 years.
