U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics Weekly Earnings Summary

The Data Stems from the Current Population Survey

The median weekly wage of the nation's workers is around %1,000 in the third quarter of 2022.

The U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported on October 18, 2022, that the current median salary of the 120 million full-time workers in the United States was $1,070. This value is not seasonally adjust-ed and is about 7% higher than it was one year ago.

This data was collected as a part of the Labor Statistics Current Population Survey in which a representative chuck of average Americans are selected to be questioned regarding their wage. The seasonally adjusted median salary during the third quarter of 2022 is $1,068 which is also higher than the previous quarter.
