The meeting, to be held on January 8, will feature the Urban Land Institute Advisory Panel?EUR??,,????'???s preview of a detailed report that it plans to release later this month calling for the immediate redevelopment of the corridor into a new and vibrant gateway to the nation?EUR??,,????'???s capital. The panel will unveil the key findings of its study, including recommendations for unifying the area?EUR??,,????'???s quadrants, developing mixed-income and mix-use developments, exploring potential for light rail, and replacing the Frederick Douglass Bridge.
