ANA Helps Arizona Celebrate it's 100th Birthday as a State
The Arizona Nursery Association (ANA) is partnering with Hickman's Family Farms and several other companies to help spruce up the Capitol landscape so it looks great for Arizona's centennial on February 14, 2012. The ANA thanks its members who have donated plants so far; Mountain States Wholesale Nursery, Baseline Trees, Western Tree Company, A & P Nurseries, Shady Way Gardens and Pima Valley Greenhouses. Plant Something Campaign
ANA received a USDA Specialty Crop Grant this last year to promote the nursery industry. To do this, ANA is working with Park & Co., professional advertising firm, to develop a state wide campaign promoting planting and the benefits that go along with it. The campaign debuted at the 2010 Earth Day celebration. To learn more about this campaign, visit www.plant-something.org.
