Helping business's avoid entering into a working relationship with consumers who have a history of being difficult is the aim of a new online resource.

A new website was recently launched targeted at contractors who want to find out more about what they can expect from a would-be customer.

Contractorscustomers.com is designed to become a resource to help business owners avoid problematic clients – much the same as Angie's list helps consumers weed out substandard businesses. Users of the site write reviews of their customers that other users can access. In addition, subcontractors and general contractors can review each other, and businesses can review suppliers and other businesses.

The site is the idea of a business owner who based it on the feedback of a focus group that shared personal experiences with him.

"Any business owner knows that gaining just one well-matched new customer can be a profitable and enjoyable experience," read a statement from the website's creators. "Avoiding a customer who is not a good match could save the business owner and the prospective client significant time, money and undo stress."

According to the statement, the site is free to business owners for a limited time. To learn more, go to https://contractorscustomers.com/
