The Lighting Issue of Landscape Architect & Specifier News saw many firms submit their projects for feature consideration. This project was not chosen for a Feature in the issue, but we at LandscapeArchitect.com thought the project deserved to be showcased online . . .

 

The project scope included a rehabilitation and design upgrades to an existing exterior building courtyard. The Stars and Stripes Plaza provides an important "first impression" for Veterans, their families and visitors. Lighting is an integral and important feature in the plaza, highlighting pathways, new cherry trees and a Minuteman statue. Selux LED bollards provide definition for pathways and FX LED Luminaire uplighting illuminate the cherry trees and statue.
