This innovative, private, playground facility called, "The Pit" - coined after the central, revetted bunker. It is a 'golf lounge' playground area on the grounds of a client's private estate. This prestigious project and its concept expanded the company and its offerings to include its private collection of golf/landscapes designs.

The idea behind "Golf playground" was to create a unique space which the guests can connect with the natural elements whilst they enjoy one of the best private boutique golf/landscape complexes in the world. This area will encourage players to expand beyond the mental and physical aspects of the game and connect on a spiritual, emotional and environmental level. Guests are encouraged to experiment barefoot and connect with nature.

The upcoming Playgrounds Issue of Landscape Architect and Specifier News saw many firms submit their projects for feature consideration. This project was not chosen for a Feature in the issue, but we at LandscapeArchitect.com thought the project deserved to be showcased online . . .
