Ron Marlow, of the USDA?EUR??,,????'???s Natural Resources Conservation Services, was recognized for his ability to establish and cultivate liaisons with universities, private organizations and federal, state, and local government agencies. He supervises the technical activities of more than 100 engineering and related specialists for numerous divisions such as the NRCS Conservation Engineering Division and National Water and Climate Center. He helps develop and dissemination technologies and standards to prevent flooding, pollution, and to enhance the environment. Bob Rupar received the ?EUR??,,????'??Industry Achievement?EUR??,,????'?? award for his dedication to the irrigation business. Mr. Rupar has 40 years of irrigation industry experience. Partner of the Year The Associated Landscape Contractors of America received the ?EUR??,,????'??Partner of the Year?EUR??,,????'?? award for its participation in linking the IA and ALCA certification programs.
