Terra Systems Earns Blue Thumb

CHARLOTTE, NC. - The Charlotte-Mecklenburg Water Quality Coalition handed out its Blue Thumb Award to Terra Systems in the Small Business Category. The award goes to individuals and organizations that promote water conservation and water protection.

The Blue Thumb Award is given in seven categories and recognizes one business, individual, school, community group, government employee, project design and water operator for their efforts in having a positive impact on water quality.

"For almost ten years our goal has been to provide Charlotte with superior lawn care while promoting a positive impact on the environment," said Bill Jones, President of Terra Systems. "This award says that we have succeeded in that effort."
