The San Diego City Council has approved a cutting edge water sub-metering ordinance for all new apartment buildings and condos. Councilmember Marti Emerald wrote and promoted this ordinance, and is very happy with Monday?EUR??,,????'?????<

Councilmember Emerald created a Water Sub-metering Working Group a year ago to craft this new ordinance. The Working Group includes representatives from the San Diego County Apartment Owner?EUR??,,????'?????<
