Constructed to reflect the neighborhood's dramatic Old World architectural style, the elegant amenity center is designed with impressive interior finishes and framed by tropically lush landscaping.

St. Johns Forest, a Taylor Woodrow community, has won the 2006 Best in American Living Award (BALA) for its Amenity Center.

The award was presented to St. Johns Forest Project Manager Melinda Oklok at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) International Builders Show during a ceremony in Orlando.

“I am honored to receive this recognition on behalf of St. Johns Forest,” Oklok said. “Our team has worked hard to create a premier family neighborhood unlike any other.”

Oklok also acknowledged the community’s architectural, land planning and landscape design firm, Ervin Lovett & Miller and Marc-Michaels Interior Design for their efforts at St. Johns Forest.
