MADISON, Wisc.-The University of Wisconsin-Madison, Department of Engineering Professional Development will offer a short course, Soil Engineering for Non-Soils Engineers and Technicians, Oct. 23-24 in Madison. Landscape architects, architects, public works professionals and others will receive a basic, non-mathematical, practical course to solve soil problems and better understand soil behavior.
