The Institute will provide educational segments, an interactive workshop, strategic networking sessions and one-to-one consultations with Guido and Allin over the three and a half day sales forum.
Attendees will learn how to position and price their services as a risk management solution, as opposed to a commodity business, as well as how to create a sustainable snow program.
''We're thrilled with the overwhelming success and attendee feedback of the first advanced sales forum,'' Guido said. ''The charter group who attended the sales forum was outstanding, and they're already using their newfound knowledge to advance their companies.''
Topics will include negotiating strategies, market size and dynamics, industry trends, innovative marketing techniques and more. Attendees working toward a Certified Snow Professional [CSP] designation by the Snow and Ice Management Association [SIMA] will be awarded Continuing Educational Units [CEU's].
''The need for professional snow and ice management companies has grown significantly over the last three years,'' Guido said. ''Companies that can demonstrate their expertise and abilities in this growing market segment are increasing their revenues, profits and market share while differentiating themselves from their competition.''
The workshop's size will be limited to keep the class hands-on. For more information on how to reserve a spot, call 814-455-1991 or go to snowfightersinstitute.com.
