Site Solutions Wins NCASLA Award

The 2009 recipient of NCASLA?EUR??,,????'?????<

Each year the North Carolina Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (NCASLA) recognizes “an outstanding landscape architecture firm for major contributions to the achievement of the profession of landscape architecture in North Carolina.” The 2009 recipient of NCASLA’s Firm Award was Site Solutions. The award was presented by chapter president, Tim Maloney, at NCASLA’s Annual Awards Ceremony in Winston-Salem in October.

Site Solutions was recognized with the Chapter’s highest honor based on their years of outstanding business and professional practice, and a strong commitment to both the profession and the community.  In presenting the award, President Maloney cited the following firm accomplishments:

Design excellence: Site Solutions has been recognized with 13 NCASLA design awards and numerous local design/beautification awards.

Service to profession: Site Solutions’ staff has consistently taken leadership roles in professional development. Through the years Site Solutions’ staff has served as Chapter Presidents, Charlotte Section Chairs, and NCASLA Executive Committee Members.

Service to the Community: As a firm, Site Solutions regularly volunteers for numerous community outreach projects including: Habitat for Humanity/Restore Charlotte Crop walk, Komen Run for the Cure, Charlotte Housing Authority Scholarship Fund Rayce Place
