BOISE, Idaho - Simplot Turf & Horticulture released the new APEX® 13-4-9 Plug & Liner fertilizer product. The micro-sized homogenous controlled release nursery fertilizer ideal for the production of plugs and liners.

The nutrients, including iron and zinc, are combined within each uniformly coated pellet, insuring precise distribution and release. The longevity of the fertilizer is based on temperature; between 70º F to 80º F, the product can be expected to remain effective for three to four months.
