Samuel Allen new Chairman for John Deere

John Deere & Company directors have elected Samuel Allen as chairman of the board of directors, a role he will assume at the conclusion the 24th of February?EUR??,,????'?????<

 

The move is the latest step in Deere & Company's process of leadership transition announced earlier this year.

The board also voted to reduce its size to 11 members, effective at the same time Allen assumes the chairmanship. Allen has served as senior officer at Deere since 2001 and was president of the Worldwide Construction & Forestry Division.
