Rick Fedrizzi, president of the internationally renowned U.S. Green Building Council, will honor the Environmental Nature Center with the first LEED Platinum plaque in Orange County.

The ENC is a non-profit that provides hands on experiences with nature to more than 16,000 students annually. For the Architects, Interior Designers, Planners and Landscape Architects from LPA Inc., the design for the ENC came naturally.

The outdoor event deck surrounds an existing fire pit, creating an intimate, fireside amphitheater. The Butterfly garden is pictured on the left.
