A recent NRPA survey shows that almost all U.S. adults believe group activities are important for children.

According to the recent Park Pulse Survey conducted by the National Recreation and Park Association (NRPA), 92% of U.S. adults believe in the importance of group activities for children. While there is resounding agreement among all adults, parents are more likely to believe that group activities are very or extremely important than non-parents, at 81% and 71%, respectively. Overall, only 8% of adults think group activities are not very or not at all important.
