A: Recently, we featured a project on our website highlighting our custom-designed shade structures at the Coxhall Gardens in Carmel, Indiana. This feature not only showcased the transformation of the space but also highlighted the key role our products played in creating a welcoming and functional outdoor environment. The success of this project has been a strong testament to our product's value and effectiveness for future clients.
Q: How have you utilized digital marketing and social media to enhance the visibility and appeal of your products?
A: Digital marketing and social media are pivotal in our strategy to increase visibility and appeal. We use targeted advertising on platforms like Google, Instagram, Pinterest, CAD Details, and BIM Object where we know Landscape Architects and designers frequently seek inspiration and professional resources. Our content includes high- quality images, videos, and interactive posts that showcase our products in beautiful, functional outdoor settings.
Q: How do you contribute to the sustainability and customization of your products, and how do you promote this in your marketing strategy?
A: Our in-house fabrication and powder coating capability is a significant advantage in both sustainability and customization. By managing the powder coating process internally, we ensure that our products meet high environmental standards, and we also do not have to ship any raw components back and forth, which minimizes waste and reduces our carbon footprint. This capability also allows us to offer a wide range of custom color options, enabling clients to perfectly match specific design themes and branding requirements.
Q: What trends are you currently observing in the commercial market for shade, shelter, and site furnishings, and how is your marketing adapting to these trends to meet industry demands?
A: One of the prominent trends we're seeing is a growing demand for multifunctional outdoor spaces that can be used year- round. In response, our marketing has focused on promoting products that offer both aesthetic appeal and practical features, such as weather-resistant materials and modular designs that can be adapted for different uses.
