Pool Corporation (Nasdaq: POOL) announced today that it has acquired the wholesale distribution business of Huntington, WV-based Holiday Pools, Inc. dba Tri-State Pool Distributors. Tri-State Pool Distributors operates one wholesale sales and distribution center in Huntington serving the West Virginia-Ohio-Kentucky tri-state region. Holiday Pools' retail store, also located in Huntington, was not included in the sale and will continue to operate as an independent retail outlet owned and operated by the Macri family.
