PlayCore Holdings, Inc. www.playcore.com, a designer, manufacturer and marketer of a broad range of play and recreation products based in Chattanooga, Tenn., announced Nov. 3, 2015 the acquisition of Belson Outdoors www.belson.com.

Founded in 1948, Belson Outdoors is an industry leader in the development, design and distribution of park and recreation equipment. Its wide range of outdoor products includes tables, benches, grills, shelters, and drinking fountains. Over its 67-year history, the company has expanded its leadership in the site amenities field.
