The landscape construction and maintenance industry will continue to grow over the next decade and a half, but it will also grow more competitive, McCutcheon said. The meeting chairman gave LCN readers a summary of some key meeting points. Spanish-speaking labor from south of the border will not dominate the industry like it does today. Depending on political developments, and the worldwide security situation, more workers may come from other regions, like Asia and Africa.
