PLANET at Auburn University

PLANET is a national trade association that represents landscape industry companies, who create and maintain healthy, green living spaces.

The Professional Landcare Network (PLANET) will host a recruiting event, PLANET Student Career Days (SCD), March 7th – 10th at Auburn University in Auburn, Alabama.

Now in its 37th year, it has become the largest education and skills competition as well as the largest career-recruiting event for horticulture and landscape students in the country.

The event brings together approximately 900 students from more than 60 schools to demonstrate their skills in real-world, competitive events, and to interview with landscape, lawn care, irrigation, and other companies. Approximately 50 companies will participate, many of the industry's most influential.

Student Career Days sponsors include STIHL Inc., JOHN DEERE, Caterpillar Inc., Gravely, New Holland Construction, BRICKMAN, Husqvarna, Oldcastle Architectural Inc., and Pavestone.
