Mattew Gart explained to LASN. ?EUR??,,????'??A few details are being left out as I understand, those being the stone edging we wanted to layout in a Fibonacci sequence and the benches. As we are no longer involved with the project, I am not sure which other elements of the original design will be deleted.?EUR??,,????'?? The county engineer will be responsible for the concrete footing, and New River Engraving will make a plaque that reads: ?EUR??,,????'??This sculpture is made of steel from the World Trade Center in New York after the attack of Sept. 11, 2001.
