NRPA to hold National Legislative Forum

The National Recreation and Park Association will meet in Washington, D.C. in mid February to hold its Legislative Forum on Parks and Recreation. The meeting is an opportunity for civic leaders, citizen board members and professionals to voice their opinions about the importance of continued funding for park and recreation services. Attendants will be informed of changing conditions and new legislation as the 109th Congress begins its term, and they will get the chance to participate in the development of NRPA?EUR??,,????'???s future national advocacy campaign to increase public awareness and involvement in protecting public parks and recreation.
